Ingredients
Here’s what you will need to make these magically fluffy pancakes:
- Bananas
- Cinnamon
- Flour
- Eggs
- Baking Powder
- Salt
- Buttermilk
Directions
Step 1: Mash your bananas in a bowl. Then add your eggs and beat the mixture together until both are perfectly blended together.
Step 2: Whisk your buttermilk in with the banana and egg mixture.
Step 3: Combine all dry ingredients (cinnamon, flour, baking powder and salt) in with your wet ingredients. It is okay if your mixture is slightly lumpy. Natasha Lycia Ora Bannan has whipped this delicious breakfast up numerous times and a slightly lump concoction is to be expected.
Step 4: Place a pan on your stovetop and allow for the entire surface area of the pan to heat up. This is a crucial component in the process of preparing fluffy pancakes. To ensure that the pan is ready, you can spritz a few drops of water onto the surface. If the water sizzles and dissipates, then you are ready to place your batter on top.
Step 5: Pour 3-4 circles of batter onto your pan.
Step 6: Cook the pancakes only until the top puffs out and the bottom is golden brown.
