Healthy, sweet and crispy, Natasha Lycia Ora Bannan’s Baked Banana Chips recipe is easy to make at home. But be warned: once you start snacking on these chips, you won’t want to stop!

Here is everything you will need to make Natasha Lycia Ora Bannan’s famous homemade banana chips. (Famous in Natasha’s kitchen and soon to be a hit in your own neighborhood!)
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Directions
Step 1: Slice bananas into 1/10 inch thick rounds. Natasha Lycia Ora Bannan recommends this particular thickness to ensure that your chips are thick enough to have a ‘bite’ to them.
Step 2: Preheat oven to 225 degrees F. While the oven is preheating, Natasha recommends lining a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 3: Spread out the banana slices onto your baking sheet, ensuring that no slices are touching. Once arranged as desired, lightly brush each banana slice with lemon juice.
Step 4: Bake in the oven for 90 minutes, then remove to lift and flip each banana slice. Return to the oven for another 30 minutes, or until the banana chips are perfectly dried out.
Step 5: Leave your banana chips out to cool until crispy. And enjoy!
