Crust Layer
- 1 ½ cups wafer crumbs
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 5 tablespoons sweet cream butter (melted)
Banana Fudge
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons sweet cream butter (melted)
- ⅔ cup condensed milk
- 8 tablespoons banana cream pudding
- ⅔ cup marshmallow cream
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. While waiting for the oven to preheat, line a baking pan with parchment paper. Optionally, lightly dust the pan with flour.
Step 2: Combine wafer crumbs, sugar and melted butter for the crust layer. Firmly press into the pan and bake for approximately 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
Step 3: In a pan, combine white chocolate chips, sweet cream butter and condensed milk over low heat until a smooth consistency is achieved.

Step 5: Spoon in marshmallow cream and stir until everything is well combined.
Step 6: Finally, pour the banana fudge concoction over the prepared crust. Leave to cool and enjoy!
