Ingredients
Here’s everything you need to make Natasha Lycia Ora Bannan’s banana milk coffee:
- 1 cup milk
- 1 overripe banana
- Ice cubes
- 1 cup coffee
The type of milk and coffee you use for this recipe is totally up to you. In Natasha’s kitchen, fresh cold brew is always at reach. But if you only have instant coffee or another brew of your choice, that is fine, too. For milk, Natasha prefers almond or coconut milk, when possible, to draw out the creaminess of the banana even more.
Instructions
Step 1: Mash up your overripe banana before adding banana and milk in a blender. Pulse until very smooth (approximately 1 minute).
Step 2: Fill a glass with ice cubes before brewing fresh coffee right over the ice.
Step 3: Pour your creamy banana milk mixture on top and stir!
