Sometimes, you just need an extra bit of sweetness to really send your baked goods over the edge. Natasha loves adding banana frosting to cookies, cakes, cupcakes and even pancakes.
Ingredients
- ¼ cup butter
- ½ cup bananas
- ½ teaspoon lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 ¼ cups sugar
Directions
Step 1: Soften butter and mash bananas before creaming butter, banana, lemon juice and vanilla together in a bowl.
Step 2: Slowly fold in sugar, adding more as needed to ensure that your spreadable icing is fluffy and creamy to enjoy.
