- 4 eggs
- ¾ cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- 8 slices of banana bread
- 2 tablespoons butter
For this recipe, you will need to have already prepared a banana bread. If you haven’t already, then lucky for you: Natasha Lycia Ora Bannan is the queen of banana bread! Directions
Step 1: Whisk eggs, milk, vanilla extract and cinnamon together.
Step 2: Add banana bread slices to a baking dish. Pour egg mixture over the bread slices. Leave the bread to soak for one minute, before turning each slice over to soak for an additional minute.
Step 3: Add butter to a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Transfer each slice to the pan and cook until golden brown on each side.
